Overview
Elastic Header prefabs create a "rubber band" interaction that stretches the header object when the user scrolls from the top of the page.
Elastic Header prefabs should be added to the scrollable container (usually the page). The Header target will be pinned to the top of the scrollable container.

Select the header object that will stretch.
Stretch
Set the header's maximum stretch percent.
